The CrossFit Teens program is designed to be universally scalable, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience or athletic level. Our CrossFit Teens fitness program is broad and general, yet ALL inclusive. Our Teen program meets Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 4:30. Each sequence 6 min AMRAP, rest 3 min

1.) 4 overhead squats
     6 box jumps

2.) 4 barbell push press
     6 push ups

3.) 4 power cleans
     6 lunges
